Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within that period, we’ll fix it at no charge. Note: warranty does not cover physical damage or new incidents.

Absolutely. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the Bahamas. Use our ordering form to get started — we’ll provide packing instructions and return shipping details.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is due on collection of your device. For mail-in repairs, we’ll send a payment link before shipping back.

If we can’t fix your device, you won’t pay a repair fee — just the $25 diagnostic charge, which is waived if you choose to purchase a replacement from us.
